Sweet and Saucy Spaghetti 🍝

Spaghetti comes in many variations there's red sauce, white sauce, meat sauce, seafood, and even squid ink spaghetti. But I used red sauce in my spaghetti.

My spaghetti consists of average pasta noodles and red meat sauce, only with two added ingredients: a sweetener and hot dogs.It tend to be savory and sweet, and the sweetener helps to tone down the acidity and tanginess of the tomato sauce. The sliced hotdogs serves as a meatball substitute that adds texture and flavor to the dish.

Ingredients :

•1 pouch Spaghetti Sauce (1 kg) 

•1 pack Gourmet 

Pasta (1 kg) 

•Hotdog (1/4)

•Cream (250 mL) 

•Kremdensada (205 mL) 

•Condensada (300 mL) 

•Cheese

Prepation :

Step 1

Boil the Pasta for 8 minutes

Step 2

Add salt

Step 3 

Drain water

Step 4

Set aside

(prepare for the spaghetti sauce)

Step 5

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat

Step 6

Saute garlic and onion until soft

Step 7 

Add the spaghetti sauce

Step 8

Add the cream

Step 9

Add the condensed

and stir well

Step 10

Add the sliced hotdogs and cheese

Step 11

Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

Step 12 

Transfer to the basin

mix well the pasta and the sauce

Finished dish...
